Not doing a proper bin change can affect your categorisation! In order to make sure bin changes are done the right way, follow these steps accordingly:
When the chefs are done recording the food waste or the bin is full and needs to be changed, remove the bin from the scale and tap on ignore when the message pops up saying you have removed a certain weight off of the scale.
Place the bin on the scale and tap " yes " once the message pops up asking " Was that a bin change? " If it’s a menu pop up instead, please click the “Bin Change” button on the top right to confirm the bin change.
Note: If you’re using a Winnow Vision system, please make sure the bin is placed right under the camera and not touching the wall. This is to make sure you have good-quality images and accurate weight.
