Ensure that your Winnow Box shows 3 lights, one of which will be blinking. If not, then unplug it from the power source for 30 seconds and plug it back in again.
Then, on the Winnow homepage go to settings by selecting the cog in the top right corner, and enter the code 2689.
Select the option “Enable the scale”, then click on “Configure the attached Scale”
At the next screen, from the three options available pick “Connect to Scale”.
If your Winnow box is directly connected to the tablet via a USB cable, then select USB. If not, click on Bluetooth. If you choose Bluetooth, you will then see a list of devices, from which you must choose the one that includes "WINNOW" in its name. If you see several WINNOW devices in your list, please try each of them, until the tablet is successfully paired.
Make sure to 'Save Settings' when prompted
