If you are new and want to setup your system or do not get any daily reports or see your transactions on the online dashboard, most likely your internet is disconnected on the tablet. To ensure uninterrupted connectivity, kindly follow the steps below according to which method of connectivity is applicable to you.
How to connect to the internet via WiFi
On the Winnow app homepage click on the Settings icon on the top right, enter the code 2689, click on Support Apps and select Settings.
Click on WiFi then select your preferred Wifi Network and enter your network’s password.
Validate the connection by opening a Browser like Chrome in the tablet and typing www.winnowsolutions.com. If you cannot access the webpage, contact winnow helpdesk to send you the MAC Address of the tablets for your IT team to whitelist.
How to connect to the internet via ethernet
Ensure that the tablet WiFi is turned off.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the tablet or vision box.
On the Winnow app homepage click on the Settings icon on the top right, enter the code 2689, click on Support Apps and select Settings.
Access the WiFi settings by tapping “Wi-Fi”.
Make sure WiFi is switched off.
Click on More and then Ethernet.
Ensure that the Ethernet is enabled and that you are receiving an IP Address, gateway and DNS. If not, then please speak to your IT team about the network.
When connected, app shows a white connection icon as shown in the screen bottom right.
Note that the icon looks different depending on connection type (Ethernet / WiFi).
Double check the connection by opening a Browser like Chrome in the tablet and typing www.winnowsolutions.com. If you cannot access the webpage, contact the Winnow helpdesk to send you the MAC Address of the tablets for your IT team to whitelist.
