The weight is unstable.
If you see the weight is drifting and causing false transactions, this might be because of the following reasons:
The Winnow app is dysfunctional;
Scale is not steady;
The scale needs a recalibration
If force-stopping the Winnow app (link) does not solve the issue. Please try to recalibrate the scale (link):
1. Remove the bin from the scale
2. Adjust the feet so that the scale sits flat on the ground
3. In the Winnow App go to Settings
4. Tap on "Configure the attached scale" then tap on "Calibrate Scale "
5. Find a known weight between 5kg and 15kg then tap on I have a weight
6. Clear the scale, then tap on "The scale is clear", and then add the weight and select "The Weight is on the Scale"
7. Enter your gross/net weight shown on the left side of the screen and tap on OK.
8. Select "Continue" and then "Save settings"
