1. In a safe, low-traffic area

2. Convenient for kitchen staff to dispose of food waste

3. Stable and dry wall and floor surfaces

4. Drillable, sturdy wall that can support 15 kg (35 lbs) of equipment

5. Close to 1 dedicated plug socket

Space Requirements:

  1. Wall height and width (1.7m x 1m or 65 in x 40 in)

  2. Floor space (0.6m x 0.6m or 25 in x 25 in)

  3. Distance from plug sockets (less than 1m or 40 in)

Avoid placing the system near:

  • Water heavy areas

  • Electrical noise (big machinery eg. blast chiller)

  • Air vents, windows, heat sources
